Booking records & invoices — kept 7 years for tax compliance.

Card authorization logs — kept up to 12 months for chargeback defense.

We employ HTTPS/TLS encryption, role-based access, and MFA on all admin accounts. Stripe and Square are Level 1 PCI compliant. While no system is 100 % secure, we follow industry best practices to protect your data.

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the “unsubscribe” link.
  • Request deletion of personal data (unless we must retain it for legal reasons).
  • Opt-out of analytics by disabling cookies or using Google’s browser add-on.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
